Counting integrations and frameworks on SOC 2 vendor pages
Short answer
Vanta publishes 400+ integrations, Secureframe and Sprinto 300+ each, and Scytale 100+ on its integrations page. Sprinto states 200+ frameworks, Scytale 80+, Vanta 35+ and Drata 30+. The counts are the vendors' own, defined differently, and worth checking against your own tool list.

All figures were read on the vendors' own pages on 2026-09-29. Two vendors publish no integration count: Drata describes integrations with hundreds of tools, and Thoropass describes its integrations as vetted and approved by auditors.
Why do integration counts differ so much?
Vendors count differently. Some count each product a connector reaches; some count connectors; some include tools reached through a generic API or a partner. Vanta, for example, publishes resource counts per cloud: 40+ AWS resources, 30+ Azure and 25+ GCP. Scytale's own pages give two figures: 100+ on its integrations page and 150+ on its homepage; we use the integrations page figure. None of that makes a count wrong, but it means a higher number is not automatically better coverage of your stack.
What should you check instead?
List the tools that hold your evidence: cloud provider, identity provider, code repository, ticketing, HR system, endpoint management and communication tools. Check each against the vendor's catalogue. Scytale's page, for example, names GitHub, GitLab, Slack, Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Okta, BambooHR, Greenhouse, Lever, MongoDB, ClickUp and AWS among others. A vendor with a smaller catalogue that covers all your tools can save more work than a larger one that misses your HR system.
How should you read framework counts?
Framework counts vary even more. Sprinto states 200+ frameworks digitized and 25+ automated out of the box, which are two different things. Scytale states 80+ frameworks with cross-mapping, while its framework library page names 35. Drata states 30+ pre-built frameworks and limits its Foundation plan to one pre-mapped framework. Thoropass lists ten on its homepage. Ask which frameworks are pre-mapped on the plan you are quoting and whether evidence is shared between them. Adding ISO 27001 or a second framework after SOC 2 covers cross-mapping.
How do the counts feed our scores?
Published counts feed two criteria. On integrations, a higher published count scores higher and no published count scores lower, because a buyer cannot check it before a demo. On frameworks, the stated count and any cross-mapping both count. The leaders are computed: integrations Vanta, frameworks Sprinto. See the methodology for the scale.
Do counts change often?
Yes. Vendors add integrations and frameworks regularly, and different pages on the same site are updated at different times; Scytale's two integration figures are one sign of that. We record the date we read each figure, 2026-09-29, and re-read the pages at each review. If a count matters to your decision, check it on the vendor's page the week you sign.
What should you ask about any count?
- Which page is the count on, and when was it updated?
- Does it count products, connectors or cloud resources?
- Which of my tools are covered natively, and which need manual evidence?
- Which frameworks are pre-mapped on my plan, and which are add-ons?
- Is evidence shared across frameworks, or collected once per framework?
